Time to bottle the Red Witch Ale!

Tasted it last night, no longer sweet, a little cloudy still but ready to bottle!

Bottling in my new 12 ounce long neck plastic bottles tonight, going to overload a little on the sugar for more fizz and a bit more content %.


The sample tasted pretty good, better then the previous pale ale, next up to brew is the Weizenbier Witbier (german wheat for you crazy white people) it will be a hopped and unhopped mixture!
